OPERATIONAL MANAGER - URGENTLY REQUIRED

One of growing Homestay with cafe & Resto in Yogyakarta, looking for qualified person to fill in the vacant position as :

OPERATIONAL MANAGER

The candidate must be :

1. Have knowledge how to run Homestay with Cafe & Resto as well in all
aspect.
2. Have strong leadership to handle staff.
3. Strong analytical skill to create program and implementation for
increase revenue.
4. Set up system, action plan, marketing plan, product development.
5. Can manage training for staff.
6. Energic, well groom, smart, honest, think & action fast, can work
underpressure, good looking, honest, good communication, pleasent.

General Requirement :
Male/Female, min 35 year of age and above, min 3 years experience at the same position from hotel/cafe&resto, hospitality education background, person from yogyakarta will be advantage.
