  • Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople;

Job Descriptions:
  • Ensures that concerned sections are well organized & running smoothly.
  • Keeps track of all function events daily, record & file if necessary.
  • Controls all audio-visual equipments & check inventory periodically, all problems with fire-alarm system have to be immediately reported to Chief Engineer at any time (24 hours).
  • Supervises placement and condition of all fire-extinguishers.
  • Trouble shoots, operates, repairs and maintains of: All sound, TV. & other electric equipment such as intercom, paging system, telecommunication & speakers etc.
  • Supports any requests such as setting of microphones, speakers, spotlights etc. Maintains TV. Antenna & hotel sound equipment.
  • Reports immediately any malfunction if equipment or unusual sights to his superior & take action accordingly.
  • Responds and attends to fire alarm or emergencies practicing as the occasion arises.
  • Maintains the area & equipments under his charge in tip-top condition in terms of performance and cleanliness.
  • Conducts perfect maintenance and control of all fire alarm-system in accordance to Maintenance Program given by Chief Engineer.
  • Executes the supervision if all placed extinguishers are in place and in original condition.
  • Responsible for the refill of used extinguishers and the actual check by the supplier.
  • Supervision  program given by Chief Engineer.
