Needed ASSISTANT F & B MANAGER at Melia Bali

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • High level of English communication skills and  Spanish language is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated the ability to build relationship.
  • Has ability manage customer service .
  • High level of leadership skills
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Has a high level of creativity and innovative.
  • Able to develop people


KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED :
  • Has excellent knowledge of  handling complaint.
  • Has  excellent knowledge of  Food & Service Operations and administrations.
  • Well knowledge in F&B Operational budget and cost.
  • Good knowledge in FB Marketing.


EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
3 ( three  ) years in Food & Beverage  Operation  Management  position  at  five star hotel. Or minimum  one year at the same position at large hotel or international chains hotel
* Has min 2 years experience in handling MICE and Banquet.
