RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER and COST CONTROL at Tandjung Sari Hotel

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic Indonesian professionals with strong skills and knowledge to fill in the position as:

RESTAURANT & BAR MANAGER
- Possess good English
- Bachelor degree or graduated from Hotel Management School
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position
- Good understanding of F&B Cost Control
- Well versed in Food & Beverage trends
- Capable to build a more efficient system operation and procedure
- Restaurant management skill, Strong Leadership and Training skills
- Able to build an excellent team work
- Passion but target / result oriented

COST CONTROL (Male)
- Possess good English
- Computer literate and administrative skills
- Bachelor degree or Graduated from Hotel Management School
- Minimum 3 Years in a similar position
- Good understanding of Cost Control
- Able to build an excellent team work
